Shaver’s Sound Panels Work Wonders at Stamping Plant
A world leader in production of small stamped automotive parts sought a solution for numerous noisy presses spread throughout the facility.
After careful analysis, Shaver determined that containing each individual press would be unfeasible and that the concrete walls and floor were greatly adding to the noise pollution throughout the facility.
To address these challenges, Shaver lined the walls and ceilings of the plant with sound panels to absorb the noise and prevent unwanted reverberation.
Not only did the sound cushions drastically reduce the noise, they created an aesthetic consistency throughout the factory resulting in a solution that pleased both the eyes and the ears of factory employees.
